Dr. Elizabeth Baquero

About Me

Hi, I'm Elizabeth!

I received my Doctoral Degree in Health Education and Behavior Studies at Columbia University and my Master of Science in Global Strategic Communications at Florida International University.

I work full-time at Weill Cornell Medicine as a Research Manager on multiple health programs, and I oversee and hire our division’s research staff. I work part-time as an Adjunct Professor at Florida International University teaching online for the Department of Communication.

I have helped thousands of women and girls through several programs I have run nationally ranging from self-worth, health education, body image, finding purpose, salary negotiation, job preparedness, and the gender pay gap. I am trained in the following programs: Reflections, BodyImage3D, SHINE, and The American Association of University Women (AAUW).
